Exactly What we’ll do together

30 Minute Non-Negotiables

  • 10M Stretching & Exercise. My non-negotiable is a set of 10 push-ups, sit-ups, and squats, but I plan to do 30.

  • 10M Reading: I'll read aloud for 10 minutes. (I'm reading Mindset by Carol Dweck, starting April 1st.)

  • 10M Breathwork: Until I can get a breathwork coach to join us, we'll follow a guided breathwork session from Wim Hoff.

  • 10M Open Discussion & Mentorship: We'll chat about the quote of the week from our reading. (Optional)

You Might Be Asking...

What happens after I sign up?

You'll get an email and text confirming you signed up. On Tuesday, you'll get a reminder text and the quote of the week with the meeting link.

How much does it cost?

You can sign up for 1 time at $5, a month for $25, or sign up for continued access at $15 a month.

What book are you reading and do I need to get the book?

Starting Wednesday, April 1st, I'll start reading Mindset by Carol Dweck.
You can get the book if you want to follow along, but I'll be reading the entire 10 minutes each time.

I will not read ahead, so every Wednesday, we'll start where we left off last time.

Signing Up For 1 Month

When you sign up for 1 month, it's always for the upcoming month.
So if you signed up today, you'd have access to every Wednesday next month.

I do this as a way for others to commit and mentally prepare for the month.


Really, there's no preparation needed, but it's set up this way because there's power when you commit to doing non-negotiables once a week for one month.

Continued Access

If you join me for a month and want to keep going, I'd love to have you part of our continued access group.

I want to connect with people who understand that being part of a weekly, communal morning ritual is powerful.


We may not know each other, we don't have to, Wednesday's work is a space for each of us to focus on our individual growth, together.

The way I see it, the more people who are growing together, the better. 💛
