In December of 2022 I started learning affiliate marketing strategies which lead to a study of multiple digital tools and strategies.

Insurance Agent
From April 2021 to January 2024 I was an independent insurance agent with Compass Insurance.
I helped individuals and families with the health insurance marketplace, medicare advantage plans, and supplement plans.
My tasks included:
Implementing marketing and lead generation strategies to build a client network, developing strong communication and outreach skills.
Developing my expertise in appointment scheduling and follow-up procedures, ensuring seamless client engagement and high levels of satisfaction.
Providing tailored insurance advice and solutions, leveraging industry insights to meet diverse client needs.
July 2019 to January 2024 Gohealth & Compass
Insurance Agent
From July 2019 to March 2021 I worked at a call center helping individuals understand and enroll in medicare advantage, prescription drug, and supplement (medigap) plans.
Depending on the day and client qualifications, I helped 2-6 people enroll in a plan with 5-20 calls.
My tasks included:
Managing client interactions and maintaining detailed notes, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of special enrollment period qualifications and carrier-specific requirements.
Navigating carrier platforms, completing necessary training and certifications, and staying updated on plan information to deliver accurate and relevant solutions to clients.
I conducted thorough needs analyses and plan comparisons, providing clients with personalized recommendations to best meet their needs.
In July of 2020 I was assigned to a sales team where i was responsible for reviewing submitted plans to ensure accuracy and compliance, organizing weekly meetings with the team leader, and members to address issues and streamline the submission process.
When needed, I resumed helping individuals enroll in plans.


December 2016 - July 2019
Day Program Coordinator - Rise Inc
I started with Rise Inc. as a direct support professional in a group home, then transitioned to the Day Program coordinator position in April 2017.
My tasks included:
Supervising a team of 5-7 staff and managing a client base of 12-18 individuals, overseeing program activities, resource allocation, and budget management.
Planning and executing program activities, ensuring alignment with clients' development goals and enhancing their quality of life.
Conducting staff interviews, corrective feedback, and facilitating monthly training sessions to ensure a high level of care and compliance with organization standards.
Reviewing daily/weekly/monthly client reports, and generating detailed progress assessments to track and enhance client development.
Facilitating annual goal assessments for clients, collaborating with families and staff to establish achievable objectives and tailored support strategies.
Supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting, assisting with daily living activities and facilitating enjoyable, development experiences.
Other Work Experience
Over the years i've tried many things including selling Cutco knives, pest control, Jimmy Johns, Door Dash, mowing lawns, and lemonade stands. I will forever be grateful for the work that's lead me to where I am today.
